2024 Regional Fine Art Show

 LaFontaine Arts Council presents the Regional Fine Arts Show at the Huntington Arts & Entrepreneurial Center at 32 E Franklin St. Ste. 110. The show will open September 6, 2024 and will wrap up on September 27, 2024. This year's judges include local artist and former award recipient of the Regional Art Show, Alejandro Avila,  and Greenbear Photographer himself, Patrick Mericle.

Opening night for the show is September 6, 2024 from 6-8pm at the Art Gallery, 32 E Franklin St.

Work was entered in three different categories: 

2D artwork, including painting, drawing, printmaking, 2-D mixed media, collage, etc.

Photography and Graphic Design

3D artwork- Sculpture, Ceramic, Wood, Metal, Mixed Media, Textiles, Weaving, Jewelry, etc.

Select items will be available for sale throughout the show. 

All submitted artwork must recent, having been completed in the past two years.  Anything completed prior to August 2022 does not qualify for submission.

Awards:
First, Second, and Third place in each category, plus a Best of Show. 
 

First place - $150
Second Place - $100
Third Place - $75

Best of Show - $250.00

Entry Forms Due - Tuesday, August 27th, 2024 by 11:59pm
Receive Artwork in the Gallery - Saturday, August 31st, 2024 from 10:00am to 4:00pm
Opening Reception - Friday, September 6th, 2024 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm
Gallery Hours - Tuesday through Friday 12:00pm to 6:00pm and Saturday 12:00pm to 5:00pm
Artwork Release to Artists - Saturday, September 28th, 2024 from 12:00pm to 5:00pm
